Meditations & Techniques

Recognition becomes useful when it can be lived.
These meditations and techniques are designed to return attention to the present, make room around an old pattern and finish with one grounded choice.
The Still Point
Sit or stand comfortably. Let the breath remain easy. Notice the small pause between one reaction and the next action. You do not need to force silence; simply recognize that the pause exists.
The Satin Mirror
Name what is present without turning it into your whole identity. Ask: What am I noticing? What story is trying to use it? What remains true when I do not hand that story the final word?
Violet Flame transmutation
Bring one outdated pattern into awareness. Use the Violet Flame as a spiritual symbol of transmutation: release the old assignment, choose the higher usable quality, and decide how it will appear in conduct.
Embodiment
Finish with one physical action—one sentence spoken, one boundary honored, one garment worn, one task completed or one honest choice enacted.
More practices are coming
Guided recordings and expanded techniques will be added here as they are completed.
