Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received and verified, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Androgynous Angels ships to addresses within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and applied automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

Carriers & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped using established U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Androgynous Angels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Androgynous Angels is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. While we may assist with inquiries when possible, Androgynous Angels cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Items During Shipping
