Refund policy

At Androgynous Angels, we take great care in crafting and shipping our luxury vintage satin lingerie and accessories. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow industry-standard hygiene practices to protect all customers.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags, liners, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect (see below).

Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in our response. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Lingerie, panties, slips, stockings, garter belts, or intimate apparel

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items

These restrictions are standard for lingerie retailers and are in place for customer safety.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is eligible for return, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to complete the return process and place a new order once approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above and must not include intimate apparel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider
